Helen P. Donley, 82, of Fairmont, W.Va., formerly of Washington, died Saturday, October 31, 1998, at her home. Mrs. Donley was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Clarence A. Donley; two sons, David P. Donley of Fairmont and James E. Donley of Hampton, Va.; a daughter, Patti Jo Hall of Joppa, Md.; and nine grandchildren. A son, Robert W. Donley, died in 1988.
