Earl Franklin Beisner, 59, of Valley View Addition, Wheeling, W.Va., died Thursday, November 19, 1998, at his home. Mr. Beisner was a member of West Alexander Christian Church, and was a coal miner for Shoemaker mine in Wheeling. Surviving are his wife, Linda Lou White Beisner; two sons, Everett "Buddy" Beisner and Rich Beisner, both of Wheeling; a daughter, Lisa Kavanas of Wheeling; a brother, Richard of Homeland, Calif.; a sister, Flo Behrens of Wheeling; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
