Margaret Stella Wightman Salsberry, 74, of Allison Avenue, Washington, died at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 1998, in Washington Hospital. She had been Ill since March. Mrs. Salsberry was a member of Fairhill Manor Christian Church, Washington She formerly owned and operated Beau Street Tavern, and for 17 years was employed at Maxwell House. On July 3, 1976, she married Robert L. Salsberry, who died February 22, 1988. Surviving are a stepdaughter, Patricia L. Burchett of Washington; three step-grandchildren, Nica and Hilary Burchett and Leland Burchett Jr.; a step-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are three brothers, John, William and Eugene Wightman; and three sisters, Mary Wightman, Catherine Ashmore and Elizabeth Nelson.
