Joseph H. Bores Jr., 73, of Finleyville, died Thursday, November 19, 1998, in his home. He was formerly employed by Port Authority Transit as a mechanic. Mr. Bores was a veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post 613, L.O.O.M. 172 of Finleyville, Port Authority Transit Union 85, Hackett Club and Mingo Rod and Gun Club. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Finleyville. Surviving are his wife, Helen Rokach Bores; a son, Joseph Bores III of Houston, Texas; a daughter, Linda Kozleuchar of Finleyville; three brothers, William, Donald and Gerald Bores, all of Finleyville; a sister, Patricia Esworthy of Columbia, Md.; and four grandchildren, Frank and Lori Kozleuchar and Jacqui and Julianna Bores.
