Hazel N. Kennedy Duvall, 83, of Kitten Hill Farm, Wheeling R.D.5, W.Va., died Friday, November 20, 1998, at Bishop Joseph H. Hodges Continuous Care Center, Wheeling. Mrs. Duvall was a homemaker and a board member at Short Creek Methodist Church. She also was a member of the Joy Circle and a member and former women's representative of Ohio County Farm Bureau. Surviving are a son, William R. Russell of Slovan; a daughter, Wilma Russell Michelucci of Slovan; a stepson, Bob Duvall of West Liberty, W.Va.; a sister, Jeanette Roland of Byesville, Ohio; eight grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren. Deceased are her husband, Harry S. Duvall; a daughter, Madolyn Hamilton Duvall; two brothers; and two sisters.
