Former West Virginia schoolteacher
Grace E. Moore, 85, of Washington, died Friday, November 20, 1998, in Washington Hospital.

She was born January 4, 1913, in Florence, a daughter of Thomas and Nettie Johnston McCullough.
Mrs. Moore was a member of Church of the Covenant, Washington.
She was a graduate of Holiday's Cove High School in Weirton, W.Va., and a graduate of West Liberty (W.Va.) College. Following graduation, she taught in the Weirton schools.
Later in life, she was a homemaker.
Mrs. Moore was an avid golfer and past president of Women's Golf Association at Nemacolin Country Club.
On May 16, 1936, in Steubenville, Ohio, she married Clarence L. "Buck" Moore, who died February 23, 1995.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas L. Moore of Claysville and Jerry D. Moore of Glendale, Ariz.; two daughters, Patricia Hoch of Rochester, N.Y., and Candace Cary of Valrico, Fla.; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister, Anna McCullough.
