Eva Garstecki, 75, of Daisytown, California Borough, died at 11:15 a.m. Friday, November 27, 1998, in Brownsville General Hospital. Miss Garstecki was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Daisytown, She retired from RCA Corp. and TACTEC of Meadow Lands. Surviving are three sisters, Emma Novak and Stella Parise, both of Pittsburgh, and Florence Ventura of Cleveland, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
