Blanche J. Latham, 89, of Washington, died Thursday, October 29, 1998, in the Bethel Park home of her niece, Linda Hess. She was a graduate of Lynchburg College, Lynchburg, Va., and the University of Kentucky. Surviving are a sister, Alice Hinkle of Willoughby, Ohio; and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 7, in Fairhill Manor Christian Church, Washington. Contributions to the church or to Family Hospice are suggested.
