Joann K. Kozar, 61, of 916 McKean Avenue, Donora, died Sunday, November 29, 1998, in her home. Mrs. Kozar was a homemaker and a member of Broomie Knowe Lodge 46, Daughters of Scotia. Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Charles E. "Pete" Kozar Sr.; a son, Charles E. Kozar Jr. of Monessen; a daughter, Jean Ann Blair of Donora; a sister, Janet Robson of Donora; two brothers, Thomas L. Shick of Vestaburg and Jerry A.
