Jason Blaine Pavlik, 17, of Burgettstown, died Saturday, November 28, 1998, in Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh. Jason was a ninth-grade student at Burgettstown High School, where he sang in the high school choir. He was a member of the Beaver County Stockman Club F.H. Group and attended Paris Presbyterian Church. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Michael, and a sister, Jennifer, both at home; and his maternal grandmother, Margaret J. McCutcheon of Burgettstown. Deceased are his maternal grandfather, Francis McCutcheon; and his paternal grandparents, Alex and Pauline Giglio Pavlik.
