Julia Brower, 86, of Youngstown, Ohio, died Friday, November 6, 1998, in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Youngstown. Mrs. Brower was a member of St. Edward Roman Catholic Church of Youngstown and the Greek Catholic Union. Surviving are two brothers, Michael Fedorsin of Las Vegas, Nev., and John Fedorsin of Youngstown; two sisters, Sue Getsinger of Weirton, W.Va., and Margaret Neuman of Youngstown; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, Phillip Brower, who died June 20, 1966; and two sisters, Anna Yadrick, who died April 27, 1983, and Mary Lounder, who died October 26, 1983.
