Gloria Anne Jenkins, 67, of Scenery Hill, died Sunday, November 8, 1998, in Brownsville General Hospital. Mrs. Jenkins was postmistress at Richeyville District Post Office before retiring in 1993. Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Crowson of Brownsville and Susan Devore of Washington; a son, Herbert M. Jenkins of Eighty Four; and four grandchildren, Lori Jenkins, Audra Shwallon, Matthew L. Crowson and Andrew T. Jenkins. Deceased are her husband, Herbert H. Jenkins, who died April 29, 1972; a grandson, Terry C. Hewitt Jr., who died May 18, 1997; a sister, Dorothy I.
