Helen S. Kapty, 82, of Donora, died Sunday, November 8, 1998, in Allegheny University Hospitals-Canonsburg. Mrs. Kapty was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of the Valley Church, Donora. She also was a member of Donora Senior Citizens Center. Surviving are three daughters, Barbara Manko of Donora, Mitzie White of Fraser, Mich., and Mary Frances Babich of Monongahela; two sisters, Stella Kohut of Monessen and Frances Haywood of Rossiter; a brother, Richard Kucia of Donora; six grandchildren, Patricia and Eric Manko, Monique, Tina and Kim White and Michael Babich; and two great-grandchildren. Deceased are her husband, John S. Kapty, who died in 1969; a sister, Mary Kozlowski; and five brothers, John, William, Chester, Joseph and Edward Kucia.
