E. Richard Bednarski, 64, of Hopewell Township, died at home Wednesday, September 30, 1998, following a nine-month illness. Mr. Bednarski was a 1952 graduate of Trinity High School and was Catholic. He was a lifelong dairy farmer at Bednarski Farms, and had received the Jaycees Outstanding Young Farmer Award, the Conservationist of the Year Award and the Dairy of Distinction Award. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Holstein Association, National Holstein Association and Polish Club. On April 19, 1958, he married Dolores Koski, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Richard M. Bednarski and a daughter, Andrea Bednarski, both of Hopewell Township; a brother, Walter Bednarski of Washington; six sisters, Bertha Ermacoff, Loretta Yanavich and Pearl Legerski, all of Washington, Frances Hartline of Rayland, Ohio; Alice McVay of Prosperity and Marjorie Temple of West Middletown; and a granddaughter, Katie L.
