Jenny D. Plate, 75, of Dumont, N.J., formerly of Burgettstown, died Monday, September 7, 1998, in Pegomas, France, where she made her home six months out of the year. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Plate was employed by Air France and Pan Am Airlines. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Anthony Plate, is deceased.
