Louis A. Chuey, 49, formerly of Houston, died Tuesday, September 29, 1998, in Veterans Administration Medical Center, Pittsburgh, following a lengthy illness. Mr. Chuey was a graduate of Trinity High School and had received a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Maryland. He was a former accountant in Maryland and was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served with the U.S. Navy for four years. Surviving are two brothers, Russell Chuey of Scenery Hill and Robert J. Chuey of Houston; a sister, Helen Cipolone of Washington; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is a sister, Mary Louise Chuey Panchura.
