Mabel E. Brottish, 80, of Jefferson R.D.1, died Tuesday, October 13, 1998, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg. Mrs. Brottish was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Jefferson. On March 14, 1941, she married John W. Brottish Sr., who died March 29, 1988. Surviving are a daughter, Sandra Kay Brottish of Crucible; a son, John W. Brottish Jr. of Mather; four grandchildren, John W. Brottish III, Christine Savchuk, Brian and Nicole Brottish; and a great-granddaughter.
