Rosemary Alberta Clutter, 70, of Henderson Avenue, Washington, died at 10:30 a.m. October 12, 1998, in Washington Hospital. She had been ill since March 25, 1998. Mrs. Clutter had been employed as a ware inspector for Ball Glass prior to her retirement Surviving are a son, Donald E. Clutter Jr. of Washington; three daughters, Linda L. Reedy of Washington, Nancy Marley of McKees Rocks and Deborah Dawn Wright of Chouteau, Okla.; a sister, Lila Arnell of Washington; five grandchildren, Robert W. and Carnella Reedy, Nicole and Justin Wright and Tina Marley; and two great-grandchildren.
