Josephine E. Mathis, 60, of Wilkinsburg, died Monday, October 12, 1998, in St. Francis Medical Center, Pittsburgh. She formerly had worked as a presser for Peter Pan Cleaners and as an aide at the Washington County Home. Surviving are two daughters, Dawn Rena Younger of Erie and Christine Elizabeth Mathis of Pittsburgh; two brothers, Glenn Fullum of Carlsbad, Calif., and Clarence Fullum of Canonsburg; and a sister, Doris Fullum of Canonsburg.
