Richard Steven Robey, 42, of Brown, W.Va., died Tuesday, October 13, 1998, at his residence. Mr. Robey was an avid deer hunter and was Protestant. Surviving are a brother, Darrick McCullough of Wallace; two sisters, Ardene Ash of Folsom, W.Va., and Robin Ribera of Reidsville, N.C.; three stepbrothers, Terry Cooper of Cameron, W.Va., Dorsey McCullough of North Carolina and Michael McCullough of Clarksburg, W.Va.; three stepsisters, Marie Coffman of Graysville, Patty Burge of Waynesburg and Cindy Eddy of Middlebourne, W.Va.; maternal grandmother, Irene Coburn of Dola, W.Va; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are his paternal grandparents, James Clark and Kathleen Robey, and his maternal grandfather, Stanley Coburn.
