Richard Terrell, 39, of Cecil, died Friday, October 16, 1998. Mr. Terrell was a carpenter and a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 1233 of Western Pennsylvania He was an avid hunter. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a daughter, Alexa Terrell of Muse; his maternal grandmother, Alice Sias of Cecil; a sister, Pamela Jean DelBianco of Cecil; and three brothers, William D. Terrell Jr. of Bridgeville, John E. Terrell of Levittown and Joseph M. Terrell of Castle Shannon. Deceased are his maternal grandfather, John Sias; and paternal grandparents, William T. and Sarah Taylor Terrell.
