Shirley Grandon Zofchak, 58, of Washington, died Saturday, October 17, 1998, at home. Mrs. Zofchak worked as a legal secretary at Phillips, Faldowski and McCloskey Law Offices in Washington, and she was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church of Washington. Surviving are her husband, Dennis M. Zofchak, whom she married August 12, 1961; a son, Stephen D. Zofchak of Washington; two daughters, Lori A. Zofchak-Linscott of Athens, Ohio, and Cathy Lynn Zofchak-Bukowski of Washington; three brothers, James Seibert of Wheeling, W.Va., Donald L. Grandon of Washington and Marion E. Grandon of Scottsdale, Ariz.; two sisters, Martha Chaney of Canonsburg and Dorothy Main of Washington; and four grandchildren. Deceased are two brothers, Harry Seibert and Howard L.
