James Tommy Martin, 18, of Wayne Village, Waynesburg, died at 4 a.m. Saturday, October 17, 1998, from injuries received in an automobile accident. Mr. Martin lived his early life in West Virginia and had lived in Waynesburg for the past 11 years. He was a timber cutter for Laurel Run Logging Co. in Uniontown. Surviving are three sisters, Valerie Varner, Cathy and Lisa Martin, all of Waynesburg; a maternal grandmother, Minnie Bennett of Quinwood, W.Va.; and several aunts and uncles.
