Germaine "Gerry" Baron, 89, of McDonald, died Monday, October 19, 1998, in Allegheny University Hospitals, Canonsburg, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Baron, a homemaker, came to America at age 5 with her parents. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. On Thanksgiving Day 1935, she married John C. Baron, who survives.
