Helene E. Blake, 84, of Bialko's Rest Home, Waynesburg, formerly of Holbrook R.D.1, died at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, 1998, in Bialko's Rest Home.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Rush Funeral Home Inc., Rogersville.
