Margaret Ross Conner, 82, of 367 North West Street, Waynesburg, died Tuesday, October 20, 1998, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a brief illness. Mrs. Conner was a homemaker and a former resident of Nemacolin. For the past 22 years, she resided in Waynesburg, where she was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She was a member of the Waynesburg Library Club and the Greene County Memorial Hospital auxiliary and had worked as a volunteer at the Cherry Door. On March 13, 1943, she married Allen Oscar Conner, who died in April 1976. Surviving are a son, Bill Allen Conner of Waynesburg; a daughter, Barbara Jean Corradi of Lansdale; one granddaughter, Cristina Corradi; three sisters, Dorothy Ross, Mannie Lou Pepper and Alice Wooton, all of Atlanta, Ga.; and a brother, Bill Ross of Chattanooga, Tenn.
