Howard Kenneth Beall, 66, of Scenery Hill, died unexpectedly at 5:10 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 1998, in the emergency room of Brownsville General Hospital. Mr. Beall had been a resident of Fairview Valley Retirement Home in Deemston for the past six years. Surviving are a brother, Willard Beall of Scenery Hill; two sisters, Mildred Deems of Bridgeville and Evelyn Kirk of Daisytown; and several nieces and nephews.
