Delilah Elizabeth Brodak, 63, of Washington, died Saturday, October 24, 1998, in Washington Hospital, following a two-year illness. She owned and operated J.D. Jewelry and Hobby in Washington, and she had recently retired from the Washington Hospital laundry department after 18 years of service. Surviving are a son, Joseph Brodak of Claysville; three daughters, Sandra Ann Lycett of Muncie, Ind., Jo Ellen Solties of Lawrence and Patricia Brodak of Washington, with whom she made her home; two brothers, Raymond and David Sanner, both of Ohio; four sisters, Mary Harper of Florida, Valeria Sanner of West Virginia, Jean August and Carol Rankin, both of Ohio; and five grandchildren, Anthony Andrew Solties Jr., Jessica Ann Marie Solties, Billi Joel Lycett, Stephanie Ann and Brittany Nicole Brodak.
