Robert A. Williams, 60, of Cecil, died Thursday, October 29, 1998, in St. Clair Hospital. Prior to retirement, Mr. Williams was a self-employed brick mason. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of Cecil American Legion Post 793. He enjoyed gardening and card playing. On June 25, 1960, he married Marcella Ivanski, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Kimberly Steiner of Cecil; a son, Scott Robert Williams of Cecil; three sisters, Marcella Eger of Palm Dale, Calif., Clara DeMand of Simi Valley, Calif., and Louise Williams of Palm Dale; two brothers, Albert Williams of Alabama and Louis Williams of Palm Dale; four grandchildren, Sarah and Jeffrey Williams and Donnie and Dillon Steiner.
