Hughes W. Baer, 81, of Scott Township, died Saturday, October 3, 1998, in St. Clair Memorial Hospital, Pittsburgh. Mr. Baer was retired from Conrail. Surviving are his wife, Helen Marisa Baer; three sons, Raymond H., Kevin B. and Daryl M. Baer; six grandsons; and five great-grandchildren. Deceased is a son, Thomas W. Baer.
