Rose Russo Foil, 87, a resident of Cherry Tree Personal Care Home, formerly of 435 Addison Street, Washington, died at 3:50 a.m. Monday, October, 5, 1998, in Washington Hospital, following a brief illness. She spent her youth in Piney Fork, Ohio, and most of her life as a resident of Washington. Mrs. Foil was a homemaker and a lifelong member of Christian Church of North America. Her life revolved around her family and her church. On July 14, 1931, she married Frank Foil, who died August 10, 1983. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Ann Bunner of Washington; a sister, Mary Donato of Spokane, Wash.; four grandchildren, Debra Bunner Flickinger, Denise Bunner LaSota, Jeffrey Bunner and Matthew Bunner; and eight great-grandchildren. Deceased are three sisters, Julia Zambell, Jeanette Lobis and Anna Russo; and four brothers, John Russo, Sam Russo, Louis Russo and Gennaro Russo.
