ANDERSON - Friends of William Donald "Whitey" Anderson of Washington, formerly of Lawrence, who died Tuesday, October 6, 1998, will be received from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, in the Hummell and Barnhill Memorial Chapel, Inc., 585 Fayette Street, Washington, where a service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, October 9, 1998, with Robert J. Davison officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery, East Finley Township.

BROWN - Friends of Samuel W. Brown of Payne Place, Canonsburg, who died Sunday, October 4, 1998, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 9, 1998, in Payne AME Church, Canonsburg, with the Rev. W.S. Hopson officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 7, 1998, in St. Patrick Workship Site of St. Patrick Parish. Entombment will be in Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, McMurray. Full military rites will be accorded by the honor guard of American Legion Post 902 of Houston and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 191 of Canonsburg. The Catholic Men's Club will hold a service at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
YANCOSEK - The family of Mary Yancosek of Washington, who died Tuesday, October 6, 1998, is asked to meet at Nichol Funeral Home, 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, by 9:30 a.m. Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 8, 1998, in Immaculate Conception Church, Washington. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery.
