Mary Yancosek, 85, of Washington, died Tuesday, October 6, 1998, in Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington. Miss Yancosek was employed for more than 40 years as a sales clerk and floor manager at G. C. Murphy Co. in Washington. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Washington. Surviving are two brothers, Clement Yancosek of Washington and George Yancosek of Englewood, N.J.; a sister, Rose Gersna of Akron, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
