Loretta R. "Rosie" Blaker, 52, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, Ohio, died Monday, August 31, 1998, in Western Reserve Extended Care Center, Kirtland, Ohio. Mrs. Blaker was employed at Mollie's Restaurant in Mentor as a preparation cook the past eight years and at Lucio's Restaurant in Mentor more than 20 years. She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses, Grand River Congregation, and past president of the Future Homemakers of America. Surviving are a brother, William E. She was born February 18, 1946, in Franklin Township, Greene County, a daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred Blaker. She lived in Waynesburg before moving to Mentor-on-the-Lake 28 years ago.
