Addie Louise Clouner, 95, of Washington, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Monday, August 31, 1998, in Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington. Mrs. Clouner was a member of First United Methodist Church of Washington and formerly of Greenstone Methodist Church of Avalon. She attended Washington schools and was formerly a member of the Norwood Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Pittsburgh. Surviving are two daughters, Virginia Lee Chipps Desmond and Shirley Chipps Moore, both of Washington; a stepson, Melvin Clouner of Pittsburgh; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Deceased are first husband, Lester Chipps; her second husband, Edward Clouner; a daughter who died in infancy; three brothers, Roy and Elmer Fielder and a brother who died in infancy; and a sister, Virginia Young Taylor.
