Harry B. Fulton, 89, of Core Street, Washington, died Sunday, August 30, 1998, in Washington Hospital. Mr. Fulton had been an active member of First Baptist Church of Washington since 1927. A graduate of East Washington High School, Mr. Fulton attended Washington and Jefferson College and Carnegie Institute of Technology. He worked for Drakenfeld for 46 years, retiring as production manager. On September 1, 1932, in Wellsburg, W.Va., he married Jeanette Richards, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Audrey Hayden of Statesville, N.C., and Marjorie Miller of York Springs; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Deceased are three sisters, one who died in infancy, Stanza Beal and Blanche Haught; and five brothers, John, Charles, Samuel, Owen and George Fulton. He was born September 24, 1908, in Scenery Hill, a son of Albert James and Florence E. Cowen Fulton.
