P. Michael Tomich, 69, of Rosewood Drive, Monongahela, died Monday, August 31, 1998, at home, following a brief illness. Mr. Tomich worked at the former U.S. Steel Donora Plant, worked as supervisor for Liggett's Spring and Axel Co., Monongahela, was supervisor of the Rotor Division, Hoogovens USA, was project manager at the Elliott Company, worked for Patterson Contracting in Monongahela and most recently was employed by Magnum Contracting in New Eagle. He was a 1948 graduate of Donora High School and served in the U.S. Army, 101st Airborne Division, where he was a master sergeant OTC. He was a member of St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church, Monongahela, and a member of Monongahela Elks Lodge 455. Surviving are his wife, Betty Jane McCarty, whom he married April 27, 1957; two sons, Larry M. and Craig P. Tomich, both of Monongahela; a daughter, Lynn M. Laskey of Monongahela; a brother, John A.
