William C. Siebert, 52, of Hubbard, Ohio, formerly of Masontown, died August 25, 1998, in Hubbard Hospital. Mr. Siebert was employed as a corrections officer with the Ohio State Penitentiary in Hubbard. Surviving are his mother, Sonora Siebert of Carmichaels; his wife, Linda Skobel Siebert; a daughter, Dawn Siebert Babich of Daisytown; a son, Scott Siebert of Dayton, Ohio; a sister, Pamela Arnold of Carmichaels; a brother, Leslie W. Siebert of Nemacolin; four grandchildren, Stephanie and Brayden Siebert, and Kevin and Zachary Babich; and several nieces and nephews. Private services were held in Hubbard.
