Mary Esther Barnhart Lipscomb, 58, of Oakridge Trailer Court, Waynesburg, formerly of Crucible, died September 12, 1998, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va. She was married to Harry J. Barnhart, who also is deceased. She was a member of Fairdale Free Methodist Church, Carmichaels. Surviving are a brother, James Clark of Waynesburg; two sisters, Rosella Shaffer of Nemacolin and Emma Jane Coger of Crucible; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Deceased are a daughter, Mary Louise Putila; two brothers, Arlie and Walter Clark; and two sisters, Edna Flinders and Sara Doris Yost.
