Paul D. Millikin, 81, of 197 East Elm Street, Waynesburg, died at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 1998, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg, following a three-year illness at Franklin Care Center, Waynesburg. Mr. Millikin spent his entire life in Greene County, where he was a graduate of Nineveh High School. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Mr. Millikin was employed as an auto mechanic for Arthur Post at the former Studebaker Garage and later worked as an auto mechanic for Fox Ford, both in Waynesburg. On December 10, 1945, he married Wilda Phillips, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Joretta Bayer of Pittsburgh and Marilyn Robey of Washington; two granddaughters, Lisa Green and Leslie Bayer; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, William L.
