Margaret R. Donaldson, 101, of 835 South Main Street, Washington, formerly of Taylorstown, died Tuesday, September 15, 1998, in Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington. Mrs. Donaldson was a member of Taylorstown Christian Church. She was employed as a switchboard operator in Taylorstown for many years, and was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting. On March 7, 1921, in Washington, she married Archie M. Donaldson, who died February 22, 1944. Surviving are three grandchildren, H. Meade Lacock of Claysville, Deborah Lacock Maddox of Colorado and Robert Ira Lacock of Virginia; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are two sons, John Frank Donaldson and Charles Donaldson; a daughter Betty Lou Donaldson Lacock; two brothers, George and Russell Jolley; and two sisters, Elizabeth Kidd and Letitia Markle.
