Margaret H. (Peggy) Ramsey, 58, of Indiana, died Thursday, September 17, 1998, in Indiana Hospital. Mrs. Ramsey lived in Indiana for the past 31 years. She attended schools in the Washington area, graduated in 1957 from Largo High School, Largo, Fla., and in 1960 graduated from Washington Hospital School of Nursing. Mrs. Ramsey was a member of First Assembly of God Church and participated in the sign language class at the Newman Center. In addition to her mother, surviving are her husband, David L. Ramsey; a son, Joseph D. Ramsey of Pittsburgh; two daughters, Sharon L. Sloane and Elizabeth A. Ramsey, both of Indiana; a granddaughter, Jessica R. Simms; two brothers, Samuel H. Hazlett and Ronald A. Hazlett, both of Largo, Fla.; and two sisters, Carolyn H. Carr of Largo and Dixie Lee Crook of Logan, Utah. Deceased, in addition to her father, are two sons, Stephen M.
