Judith Ann Dillard Elder, 52, of Germantown, Md., died of lung cancer Saturday, August 29, 1998, in her home. Mrs. Elder was a member of Victory Christian Church in Gaithersburg, Md., and a former member of First Baptist Church of Westland. She provided in-home day-care services in Pennsylvania and Maryland for 16 years. Surviving are her husband of 33 years, Walter H. Elder Jr.; three daughters, Lisa, Andrea and Erica Dillard, all of Germantown; a son, Byron Elder of Germantown; a brother, Louis W. Dillard of Bethel Park; a sister, Pamela J. Davis of Gaithersburg, Md.; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is a brother, James R. Dillard. Services will be held Wednesday, September 2, in Victory Christian Church, Gaithersburg.
