Grace Viola Westfall, 89, of Donnan Avenue, Washington, died at 4 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 1998, in Washington Hospital, following a one-year illness. Mrs. Westfall, a homemaker, was a member of Glenn Street Free Methodist Church and Washington Senior Citizens Center, where she served as a volunteer for 10 years. On June 4, 1931, she married William Harold "Bus" Westfall Jr., who died July 26, 1976. Surviving are two sons, William Clyde Westfall of Prosperity and Ronald Rankin Westfall of Washington; a daughter, Evelyn Maxine Beeler of Canonsburg; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a daughter, Joy Rush; and four brothers, Robert, Raymond, Clarence and Herbert Melone.
