Della M. Moninger, 99, of 760 East Greene Street, Waynesburg, died at 1:22 a.m. Sunday, September 20, 1998, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was a member of Macedonia Methodist Church and Whiteley Township Farm Women. She also was a homemaker. Surviving are two daughters, Aliff M. Dulaney and Virginia Fletcher, both of Waynesburg; a grandson, J. Michael Dulaney; and a great-grandson. She was the last member of her immediate family. Deceased are a grandson, Dennis A.
