Alonzo Earl Masters Jr., 86, of Monongahela, died Sunday, September 20, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital, Carroll Township. Prior to his retirement, he had worked for U.S. Steel, Donora Works, and Levason Steel, South Side, Pittsburgh. Mr. Masters was Protestant. Surviving are a daughter, Earline Masters of Monongahela; a son, Earl Masters of Carroll Township; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Deceased are his wife, Mary Smail Masters, who died in April 1987; a son, Richard Masters, who died in 1958; and a daughter, Beverly Ritonia, who died in 1991.
