Charles N. Perrine, 84, of Mt. Lebanon, died Monday, September 21, 1998, at Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. Mr. Perrine was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, having served in Iceland. He was a charter member of Bower Hill Presbyterian Church; a 32nd-degree Mason and a member of the Shrine; and a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Surviving are his wife, Sara Digby Perrine; a son, Charles N. Perrine Jr. of Waynesburg; a daugther, Suzanne D. Perrine of Roland, Ark.; three grandchildren, Charles N. Perrine III, Jennifer E. Luitweiler and Shannon C. Perrine; and one great-granddaughter. Private interment is Friday in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 27, at 2 p.m. in Asbury Heights Center, Mt. Lebanon, with the Rev. Jack D. Hodges officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:30 p.m,. and a reception will be held following the service.
