Mary Wise Pierce, 94, of Grandview Avenue, Monongahela, died Wednesday, September 24, 1998, in her home. Mrs. Pierce had lived most of her life in Monongahela and was a member of Seven Day Adventist Church of Charleroi. Surviving are a son, Leroy Wise of Medford, N. Y.; three daughters, Irene Zukow of Donora, Louise Forsyth of New Eagle and Loretta Grove of Monongahela; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, John Demchak of Monongahela. Deceased are two husbands, James Wise, who died in 1936, and Luther Pierce, who died in 1990; and a brother, Joseph Demchak.
