Frederick T. Roberts, 67, of Santa Maria, Calif., formerly of Washington, died Sunday, September 20, 1998, of natural causes. Mr. Roberts was raised in Washington, attended local schools, and was a 1949 graduate of Trinity High School. He had lived in Santa Maria since 1972, where he was a member of Elks Lodge 1538. Surviving are a sister, Lois A. Roberts Morss of Los Alamos, Calif.; a niece and several nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Deceased are two brothers, Jack, who died in 1954; and George. At the request of the deceased, there will be no services. Cremation was requested with private inurnment at a later date in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
