Luella Kerr Spillers, 94, formerly of Monongahela and Kansas City, Mo., died Sunday, September 27, 1998, in Fayette Health Center, Uniontown. Mrs. Spillers was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Monongahela. She was a retired mail clerk from the Nazarene Publishing House in Kansas City, Mo. Surviving are five nephews, Lawrence A. and Kenneth D. Matthews both of Monongahela, John "Jack" Matthews of Riverhill, Howard Matthews of Kissimee, Fla., and William Kerr of Finleyville (Mingo); and a niece, Maxine Mizwa of Monongahela; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Deceased are her husband, Samuel Spillers, who died in 1988; two sisters, Nevada Cerra and Grace Matthews; and a brother, Arthur Kerr.
